A parking lot could be the newest site for the next tower at the Town Center in Virginia Beach.
On Tuesday, city council members are expected to be briefed on the proposal.
It’s a part of “phase five” for the area.
The proposal would include apartments, offices, shops and a parking garage.
A letter to city council says two significant tenant announcements could also come with tomorrow’s briefing.
