According to Norfolk police, crews were on the scene of a homicide in the 1200 block of Tidewater Drive near Goff Street on Friday.
Police say a vehicle ran off of the roadway into a bush. The person inside had been shot.
Police responded and found the person inside the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
