Police need your help to identify the person in the photo.
Police say they are looking for answers in reference to the death of a man named Brandon Peller.
They say Peller was taken to the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center and was pronounced dead as a result of a gunshot wound to the neck on September 16, 2012.
Police would like to speak to the individual in the photograph.
