Chesapeake police need your help to identify the individual in the photograph.
According to police, on September 9, 2012 at 3:00 a.m., a vehicle was broken into and an attempt was made to a second vehicle.
They say this happened in the 200 block of Esplanade Place in the Greenbrier area of the city.
