Police in Hampton have arrested Lemon Hill in connection to a shooting that happened Friday.
Police say Hill and the victim were arguing in the parking lot of Sara's Market on South Back River Road.
Police say Hill then pulled out a gun and shot the man in the chest.
The victim is still in the hospital but is expected to recover.
