There’s some good news for folks who use rental cars. Major companies are taking action to keep you safe if there's a recall.
Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, and Dollar Thrifty said they will be parking recalled vehicles until the recalled problem is repaired.
It's in support of legislation.
Right now, federal law stops auto dealerships from selling recalled cars, but the law doesn't cover rental companies.
