The South Norfolk Jordan Bridge will officially open to traffic on Oct. 29th.
But before that day, you'll have a special opportunity to drive across it for free.
Back in June, during construction, part of the bridge fell off.
Luckily no one was hurt.
The grand opening weekend starts with the first inaugural bridge bash and river run on Saturday the 27th.
Then the next day, you'll be able to drive over the bridge for free, but that's only from noon until 6 p.m.
After that, it will depend on what time you are crossing the bridge and whether you have an e-z pass, a pay-by-plate system or if you're unregistered.
