A man near Richmond is accused of shooting a woman and two young boys last night.
Police arrested 35-year-old Michael Williams last night in Chester.
A witness says that around eight o'clock, he heard an argument and then saw Williams walk to the woman's door, fire a shot and then walk inside and fire a few more.
The boys are 11 and 16 years old.
There's no word on how they're doing.
