A two-car crash in Chesapeake sent a 22-year-old to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the crash happened at 8 a.m. Thursday on Head of River Road.
The 22-year-old was conscious and breathing when he was transported by Nightingale.
The driver of the second car was not hurt.
Police are still investigating what caused the crash.
