A Virginia Beach man will spend 31-years in prison after pleading guilty to killing his grandparents.
Donta Brown pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree murder.
His grandparents' bodies were found in their Colonial Parkway home last summer.
The medical examiner said Mary and Eugene McNeely were beaten, choked and strangled.
DNA tests found Brown’s blood mixed with his grandparents' blood at the scene.
