The Discovery Channel has cancelled its ‘American Guns’ TV series about the Wyatt family of gun makers after two seasons.
According to Deadline, the network claims it did not make the decision in reaction to the Newtown shootings and that the decision was made a while ago and just now made it public.
However the shooting and subsequent angry posts on the show’s Facebook page may have played into the network’s decision to not air any repeats of the show.
