Elizabeth City, N.C. - One man has been arrested and police are still looking for another suspect in a New Year’s Day homicide in Elizabeth City.

24-year-old Jyrell Lee is now charged in the murder of 21-year-old Quinton Epps.

His body was found by police lying in the middle of Sheppard Street in front of this home.

Later on, police also found the body of 23-year-old Jamiel Walker in the backyard of the same home. Both men were shot multiple times.
