When you talk sports about Ocean Lakes High School you probably think football.
Former Dolphin Justin Hunter will be playing in the NFL next year. You may also think about Liz Reilly, their current starting pitcher for the lady Spartans of Norfolk State
Here's another name you should start thinking about: Natalie Ebreo. The sophomore is making a lot of people take notice on the gym floor
She has been part of the gymnastics circle since the age of six. As a freshman, she finished second in all around in the Beach District meet. That’s pretty impressive.
But listen to her talk, it's not "I" but team. We asked her what she would take first, her making states or the team
“Definitely getting the team in. That`s the whole point. Why I do it, make the team better and work harder. I love Ocean Lakes. I am just happy that I can represent the school, the team and my coach because everyone works so hard and it is fun to train with all the girls,” she says.
Every gymnast looks to get that perfect score, but for Natalie, that perfect score has come in the classroom where she has a 4.0 GPA. She attends Ocean Lakes because of the math and science curriculum. She is a self-described geek who loves math and to get to the states, it will be about numbers, having better numbers than those of her competition.
