Virginia Beach, Va. – A 19-year-old Virginia Beach man has been charged in an accident on Princess Anne Road last month that killed a 27-year-old woman.
Brian Thomas Herzing was charged with involuntary manslaughter for the accident.
Police say Herzing was driving southbound in a 2001 Ford Explorer on the morning of January 23rd when he struck a Ford F150 head-on, killing Andrea Renee White of Portsmouth.
Herzing was released pending a court hearing.
