UPDATE: Police arrested the man around 1pm. No injuries were reported
Portsmouth, Va. – According to Portsmouth police, officers were attempting to arrest a man with outstanding warrants at J and L Flea Market in the 3700 block of Victory Blvd shortly before 9:00am Saturday.
The man then locked himself in a bathroom and refused to come out.
Nearby TCC was put on lock-down as a precaution and students were alerted not to come to campus until notified.
