Raymond Wyche
Chesapeake police have arrested 21-year-old Raymond A. Wyche, also known as, “Ray-Ray”, of the 2600 block of King Court in Chesapeake.
Wyche was arrested on February 28, 2013 in connection with the homicide of Deonta Cartwright that occurred in the 900 block of Butt St. on Saturday, November 10, 2012.
Wyche was charged with 1st Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. He is currently being held in the Chesapeake City Jail without bond.
