We now know the name of the man killed in a car accident in Virginia Beach over the weekend.
Police have identified him as 81-year-old John Twiford.
Police say on Saturday night, he was driving down Princess Anne Road near Fitztown Road when he veered off of the right shoulder of the road and crashed into a mailbox.
Police say speed and alcohol were not factors.
They also say he was wearing a Seat belt.
