Va. Soldiers work with VSP and VDOT to clear abandoned vehicle

Soldiers from the Charlottesville-based Company C, 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team work with Virginia State Police and Virginia Department of Transportation to clear an abandoned vehicle that was impeding traffic March 6, 2013, on Route 664 near Nellysford, Va. The Virginia Guard has been authorized to bring up to 200 personnel on state active duty to assist Virginia State Police with snow response operations in Central Virginia, Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.
