Norfolk, Va. – The Norfolk Police Fugitive Unit has arrested a man wanted for failing to show up to serve his 6-year prison sentence for a 2011 carjacking.
30-year-old Ronneil D. Battle was arrested in the 6000 block of Alexander Street.
Battle is currently in the city jail.
