A car plowed right into a home in Portsmouth.
The crash happened around noon on Dale Circle off Deep Creek Boulevard.
Police think the driver was suffering from some sort of medical condition.
Both the driver and a passenger were taken to the hospital.
Police have not said how they are doing tonight or if anyone was inside the home when the crash happened.
