Virginia Beach, Va. - Regina Marscheider joined the set of WGNT Tuesday morning - along with two very special friends - Olivia and Simon of Spectrum Puppets.

Spectrum Puppets, in partnership with the City of Virginia Beach, is bringing back the Kids Fundango Festival, the number one Children's Festival in Virginia Beach.

This year, the event is being held at the (former) Ames Building, but next year and for subsequent years, event officials are going to make Fundango an iconic annual Virginia Beach Family Festival held at the Virginia Beach Field House.

All proceeds benefit Stop Abuse, Inc. - child abuse prevention programming.

This year, special guest performers include the Kings Firecrackers Jump Rope team. Fundango offers something for the whole family - a variety of performers, kids activities, workshops, vendors, and adult fun too - like demo rides in a Ferrari and Maserati!

Regina has developed an award-winning program to help prevent child sexual abuse and break the cycle of abuse.
