Update: The left lane of the HRBT WB has now re-opened after an earlier accident.
Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel traffic is stopped westbound due to a three vehicle accident, VDOT says.
A disabled tractor trailer also shut down the eastbound lanes, but they have since been reopened.
