Update: The body found floating in the water on York Street has been identified as Phillip Christopher Figueroa of New Point, Va.
Norfolk, Va. - Norfolk police have now identified the person whose body was found floating in the water near York Street on Wednesday morning.
He's been identified as Phillip Christopher Figueroa, 22, from New Point, Va.
No cause of death has been determined yet.
