Portsmouth, Va. - Today, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce will hold a State of the City luncheon in Portsmouth.
The mayor will speak at the event.
He will talk about business developments and discuss challenges the city faces.
More than 500 community leaders are expected to attend.
It will take place today at 12 p.m. at the Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel and Conference Center.
