This coming weekend, a caravan of vehicles will carry a ‘most unusual and precious cargo’ down Interstate 95 from Maine to Florida.
Forty-six endangered and threatened sea turtles rescued off of Cape Cod late last autumn are now ready for release.
The Sea Turtle Trek will gather forty-six endangered and threatened sea turtles rehabilitated at six different facilities along the East Coast and release them in the warm waters off of northeast Florida late Sunday morning.
