Norfolk, Va. – A Tidewater Community College student told Norfolk dispatchers that a man wearing pink pajama pants grabbed her buttocks inside of the Bank Street Parking Garage in Norfolk Thursday morning.
Calls came into Norfolk dispatch at around 10:04 a.m.
The suspect was arrested shortly afterward police say.
Police also say the suspect may have mental issues and he could be homeless.
