Orbital Sciences Corporation, a commercial partner of NASA, was to launch its first Antares rocket from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Wednesday.
However, approximately 13 minutes before the launch was scheduled, the mission was aborted.
