Norfolk, Va. – Granby Street will close to northbound and southbound traffic from City Hall Avenue to Freemason Street starting at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 19 for Meet and Greet the Arts event set-up.
The street will reopen no later than 10 p.m. following breakdown of the event, officials say.
Eastbound and westbound traffic will be maintained throughout the event on City Hall Avenue.
Eastbound and westbound traffic will be maintained on Freemason Street between Granby Street and Monticello Avenue.
REMINDER: Freemason Street between Boush and Granby Streets is closed for construction.
On-street parking will be removed on northbound and southbound Granby Street from City Hall Avenue to Freemason Street from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday, April 19.
Parking will also be removed from portions of College Place, Market Street, and Tazewell Street during this time.
HRT’s Route 17 will be detoured on April 19 from 11 a.m. until 12 midnight to accommodate the street closure.
