Dare County, Va.- A 57-year-old Dare County man has been charged with indecent liberties with a child.
Deputies issued a search warrant and Luther Grandy, III, a resident in Avon, was charged with indecent liberties with a child and disseminate obscenity to child.
He has now been committed to the Dare County Detention Center in lieu of $70, 000 bond.
