Portsmouth, Va.- A man is recovering after he was rescued by the Coast Guard from a bulk carrier near Cape Charles on Monday. Reports say the 45-year-old man broke his arm.
Crews got the call at around 6:45 p.m.
He was taken to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital.
