Virginia Beach, Va. – A woman driving a car struck the building of a Virginia Beach clinic, police tell NewsChannel 3.
It happened Tuesday morning around 9 a.m. at 701 Independence Boulevard. Police say there is minor damage, and the driver has been injured.
