Norfolk, Va. - Crews are on the scene of a fire at a Norfolk townhome, officials tell NewsChannel 3.
It happened in the 900 block of Madison Avenue, in a two story townhome. The fire was contained to the first floor; one person was inside the home, but was able to escape.
