Isle of Wight – VDOT bridge maintenance crews will close the left lane in each direction of the Route 17 James River Bridge beginning Friday, May 17, at 9 p.m. through Monday, May 20, at 5 a.m.
Crews will be performing partial median barrier construction work.
VDOT attempts to schedule maintenance during travel periods when traffic volumes are lower, to reduce impact to motorists.
