Sears theft suspect sought in Virginia Beach

searsVirginia Beach Police are looking to identify a suspect seen on surveillance footage stealing several items from Sears in Pembroke Mall on May 10th.

Police say the suspect entered the store around 4:30 p.m. and selected several fragrance items and concealed them in his helmet before leaving the store without paying.

Loss Prevention officers attempted to stop the suspect but he fled on foot.

He is described as a black male, 5’5”- 5’7” tall, approximately 170-180 pounds and appears to be in his mid-40s.
