Update: The accident is now clear and all lanes are open.
A two-vehicle accident involving an overturned tractor-trailer blocked the westbound lanes of I-64 at Military Highway in Norfolk for a short time on Wednesday afternoon.
Crews are now removing the tractor trailer from the scene. I-64 WB at Military will have to be closed. It will be closed for the next 30 minutes.
The ramp from Military Highway to I-64 is still blocked at this time.
