Mosquito spraying starts in Norfolk, continues through weekend

Norfolk, Va. – Tired of mosquito bites already? There’s some good news for Norfolk Citizens. Officials started fogging in the city on Friday and will continue over the weekend.

Crews sprayed the Berkley, Campostella Heights and Diggstown areas.

Foggers will be in the Albermarle, Hampton Gardens and Pamlico areas on Saturday from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.  and on Sunday Ballentine Place, Tucker Place, Ingleside and Ventosa will see the foggers.

Residents are urged to stay inside while their areas are being fogged.
