Chesapeake Police are looking for two suspects involved in a homicide investigation.
Richard Ernest Alexander, 26, was found shot and killed in the front yard of a residence in the 1000 block of Elco Street in South Norfolk on Tuesday, November 20th, 2012.
Alexander was last seen with a friend that goes by the name of “Tay” and Tay’s girlfriend.
Police have been unable to locate any individuals.
