Virginia Beach Police are reporting a bank robbery occurred at 2:46 p.m. Monday afternoon at the PNC Bank located at 1324 N. Great Neck Road.
The caller stated a lone suspect entered the bank, implied a weapon and demanded money.
The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running across the parking lot of the Great Neck Square Shopping Center.
Police say there are no injuries.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, approximately 6’0” and 190 pounds wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, jeans, a blue hat and sneakers.
