Portsmouth, Va. – An SUV lost control on 164 eastbound in Portsmouth and overturned onto its roof Friday afternoon.
A woman was trapped inside of the car and was been taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Two eastbound lanes were closed to allow crews to investigate and remove the vehicle
NewsChannel 3’s Todd Corillo was there as a Good Samaritan and several military members took action to help.
