Lawyers for Ariel Castro, an Ohio man accused of holding three women against their will for close to a decade, entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf Wednesday morning in a Cleveland courtroom.
He was indicted last week on 329 counts, including aggravated murder, rape, kidnapping, gross sexual imposition, felonious assault and possession of criminal tools.
He pleaded not guilty and his bond was continued at $8 million.
Castro is scheduled to be back in court on June 19 for a pretrial.
