(CNN) — The back section of Shuckers Bar & Grill, a popular Florida sports bar, collapsed into Biscayne Bay on Thursday, CNN affiliate WSVN reported.
Video showed fire trucks and ambulances at the scene, which was illuminated by a spotlight from a helicopter. Miami-Dade Fire’s Twitter account confirmed the collapse at Shuckers and said there were “multiple patients.”
Rescue divers were also there, WSVN said.
Connected to a Best Western hotel, Shuckers Bar & Grill is located in Miami’s North Bay Village.
On its website, it boasts outdoor dining on a dock over Biscayne Bay and 23-high definition flat-screen TVs — many of them, no doubt, tuned to Thursday night’s NBA Finals showdown between the San Antonio Spurs and the hometown Miami Heat.
