Portsmouth, Va. - Rapper and actor LL Cool J was in Portsmouth this weekend performing at N-Telos Wireless Pavilion with other hip hop legends.
He's the star of the hit show NCIS Los Angeles but even before LL Cool J started acting, he became a household name through his music.
