Portsmouth, Va. – Portsmouth Police are searching for a man spotted on a surveillance camera taking lawn equipment from a front porch.
The crime took place in the 400 block or Maryland Avenue on June 5th at approximately 12:48p.m.
The residents were inside when the man took two large weedeaters valued at approximately $600.
The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 25 and 30 and approximately 6’ tall. He is seen wearing light colored pants, a striped short-sleeved shirt and dark shoes.
