Virginia Beach, Va. – Detectives have identified a man they believe is responsible for four bank robberies that occurred in June.
Dione Martin Olds, 34, was arrested on Monday with the assistance of the VBPD Detective Bureau, Rapid Response Team, K-9 Unit, Special Investigations and the Warrant and Fugitive Unit.
They believe he is responsible for robberies that occurred at the PNC Bank located at 1324 N. Great Neck Road on June 3, the PNC Bank located at 3397 Virginia Beach Boulevard on June 10, the BB&T Bank located at 4592 Virginia Beach Boulevard on June 18 and the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2677 Virginia Beach Boulevard on June 19.
Olds is charged with four counts of Armed Robbery, four counts of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
He is currently being held without bond at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.
