A Greenville, North Carolina couple vacationing in Virginia Beach has won $100,000 on a Virginia Lottery scratcher ticket.
The couple says they were vacationing at the Beach for their fifth wedding anniversary.
The 10X the Money ticket was purchased at the Birdneck Road Exxon.
