UPDATE: All lanes open as of 11:30 a.m.
Portsmouth, Va. – The right lane and shoulder at the front of the West Norfolk Bridge are currently blocked due to a mud spill.
It happened at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday morning. Emergency responders are on the scene.
The backup is currently one mile. Officials estimate the roadway will be closed at least until around 11 a.m.
