HAMILTON, Ken. — A Kentucky man has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of public indecency after having sex with a pool float. That’s according to a report from Fox4KC via WLWT-TV.
Edwin Tobergta was previously convicted of public indecency two years ago for the same thing, WLWT-TV said.
