Chesapeake, Va. – Crews put out a fire on a barge on Dominion Blvd. in Chesapeake.
Calls came in to dispatch about a crane on fire Tuesday afternoon, but crews say the crane on top of the barge was not involved.
They say the wooden deck on the barge was on fire and they were able to get the fire under control.
Crews think the fire may have been caused by welding.
No injuries were reported.
