Chesapeake, VA - A Chesapeake man has been arrested in the shooting death of a 17-year-old on Great Bridge Blvd. near Crestwood Park Sunday night.
20-year-old Andre Robinson has been charged with First Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony in the death of Justice Hinton.
Police found Hinton suffering from a gunshot wound around 6:17pm. He died at the scene.
Erick Daye told NewsChannel 3 he played basketball with the teen on Saturday and did not know he had any enemies.
"Somebody saw something, ain't no way nobody saw something. It is still daylight outside. I don't understand why these young dudes out there want to play with guns, it is a waste of time," says Daye.
