Gloucester County, Va. – A Hayes man is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Gloucester County Thursday night.
53-year-old Thomas E. Stallman was attempting to cross Guinea Road when he was struck by an eastbound 2008 Ford Edge. Stallman died at the scene.
Neither the driver nor passenger of the Ford Edge were injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Guinea Road reopened to traffic at 11:10 p.m.
